Swimming lessons for adults

Improve your confidence and swimming technique with our weekly adult swimming lessons. These sessions are open to swimmers of all levels and offer a supportive environment that will help you discover the health benefits of regular swimming. 

Our adult swimming lessons run as a term time course. We offer the following sessions:

Adult Beginner: Wednesday 5pm or Thursday 5:30pm 

If you are not able to swim a length of the pool or are uncomfortable in water out of your depth this 30 minute class is for you. 

Adult Improver: Wednesdays 6:30pm

If you can swin a length or more and are happy swimming unaided out of your depth, this 30 minute class is for you. You can improve your technique and learn all the strokes correctly.

Adult Advanced: Wednesdays 6pm 

If you are a triathlete or want to take your swimming to a higher level, this 60 minute class is for you. You will focus on refining your technique and swimming more efficiently whilst working on stamina and endurance in more of a training or workout setting.
