Exploring Mental health, POpulation WEllbeing, and Resilience

Project overview

Using clinical theory we research thought processes, behaviours and interventions for mental wellbeing and mental health across the population. We have a special focus on student and young adult mental health, stress and resilience. We also build in public engagement, communicating our findings to relevant public and community groups.
