Current research
Dr Valeria Parlatini has been leading research focusing on predictors of treatment response in ADHD, utilising a variety of neuroimaging techniques alongside clinico-neuropsychological measures. She has established international collaborations to integrate biological and clinical predictors through machine learning. She is committed to enhance the translatability of this work by increasingly adopting tools more applicable in clinics. In addition, Dr Valeria Parlatini actively contributes to evidence-synthesis aiming at guiding research and clinical practice. For instance, she led the largest systematic review/meta-analysis of diffusion imaging studies in ADHD, working with academic colleagues in the UK, Europe, and Asia. She recently contributed to expert reviews on pharmacological treatments and transition for people with ADHD.
