Dr Alexandra Reynolds is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise (KEE) Staff Development in the Centre for Higher Education Teaching Practice (CHEP) at the University of Southampton. As an academic staff developer, Alex plans, delivers and evaluates activities and resources related to Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise for staff across all university faculties. Working in partnership with other professional services and faculty staff, particularly in CHEP, Research and Innovation Services and the Doctoral College, Alex supports sand facilitates postgraduate research and staff learning around KEE, including its relationship to the Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF). In her role as Senior Teaching Fellow, Alex also investigates innovative knowledge exchange and enterprise development methods and techniques in the sector and disseminates findings as part of training activities.
