Sian Campbell is an award winning Senior Enterprise Fellow in the Southampton Business School. She is a Chartered Psychologist, a member of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Institute of Economic Development. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the RSA.

Sian is the developer and lead for Make Your Place, a sustainable place based enterprise challenge for schools, colleges and organisations across Hampshire and beyond. She has a strong consultancy background in economic development and regeneration, and has worked extensively with senior executives and politicians as a mentor and facilitator to deliver local, regional and national change.  Sian has worked nationally and internationally on a range of placemaking assignments including the North Staffordshire Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder, The Weavers Triangle Masterplan (Burnley), and Goole: Options for Neighbourhood Change, as well as a number of town plans and inclusion strategies. She brings a strong partnership focus to her work and firmly believes that today's challenges cannot be resolved by working in silos, but require creative interdisciplinary collaboration.
