About
Pavel Naumov a scholar at the Agents, Interaction, and Complexity research group. He leads research in a new area called Responsible Mechanism Design, which brings together ideas from science, philosophy, and law to understand how groups of people or machines share responsibility when they make decisions together. His work looks at how social rules, knowledge, beliefs, and trust influence who is held accountable. By studying current decision-making systems and creating new ones, he aims to make sure responsibility is fair, clear, and traceable. Pavel collaborates closely with colleagues and students around the world—from California to China—who play a vital role in developing this exciting field.
