Teaching
I supervise a range of undergraduate and postgraduate dissertation students and can provide particular expertise with regard to quantitative analysis and the use of secondary datasets, such as the Crime Survey for England and Wales. I have experience of convening and contributing to a range of both undergraduate and postgraduate criminology and research methodology modules, such as CRIM1005 Historical Perspectives in Social Science: Deviance, Conflict, Censure and Control, CRIM6001 Criminal Justice: Policy and Practice, SOCI2020 Research Skills, and RESM6005 Survey Design. I have also delivered a number of short courses in Structural Equation Modelling for the ESRC National Centre for Research Methods (NCRM).
