About the Clinical skills rooms

The School is equipped with a variety of multifunctional rooms so you can learn, practice, and reflect on your new skills in a safe environment.

The spaces are designed to represent a range of clinical and non-clinical environments. They can be adapted to meet the needs of our different healthcare professional courses. 

Equipment:

The equipment you use will depend on the course and profession you’re studying.

The rooms are equipped with:

  • treatment plinths
  • specialist podiatry chairs for clinical assessment and treatment
  • a range of therapeutic and rehabilitation equipment
  • pan, tilt and zoom 360-degree cameras mounted in the ceiling

Lead and challenge practice as you become a confident, capable healthcare professional. Choose from cardiac physiology, midwifery, nursing, occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
