Project overview
This secondment project will involve collaborative work, based on knowledge exchange and skills development, with Home Office staff (two teams: one working on Mental Health, another on Customer Voice (lived experience) inputs) to harness social science research and skills to inform the work of Home Office on TIP (trauma-informed practice) with respect to asylum processes. In brief, the focus will be on how to consider TIP principles within the whole asylum/immigration system, not just in relation to asylum-seekers.
