Gender, Leadership and Entrepreneurship Lab forms an active community of international scholars co-creating value and solutions for individuals, communities, and organisations, tackling gender equality related dimensions of social sustainability and diversity in the context of entrepreneurship and leadership.
The Lab puts particular emphasis on inclusive and compassionate leadership and entrepreneurship as exercised by women in organisations of all kinds, including international policy organisations, businesses and NGOs, and how such a leadership approach could potentially lead to social inclusion and integration of individuals and organisational members at the intersectionality of gender, race, sexual orientation, class, disability and other diversity categories. There is so much scope for change in policies and initiatives to reduce inequalities associated with individual and organisational practices. The Lab enhances the impact and interdisciplinarity of research in this area to bring new and meaningful insights to advance organisational and community practices and policy agendas.
