Dr. Adrian Chadi is an empirical researcher who uses controlled experiments and quasi-experimental approaches to answer applied research questions. His main research interests include labour economics, personnel management, technology, education, subjective well-being and health. He has published his research in various journals such as Experimental Economics, European Economic Review and Management Science. Before joining the University of Southampton, Dr. Chadi was a junior professor for personnel economics and human resource management at the University of Konstanz and a postdoctoral researcher at Trier University. He received his PhD from the University of Münster.
