Neha Mathew is a Teaching Fellow specialising in Fashion Marketing and Leadership at the Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton, UK. With over 8 years of experience in the fashion industry, Neha has cultivated a diverse skill set as a circular design researcher, designer, entrepreneur, and educator. Her expertise lies in the domains of sustainability, social impact, textiles, and entrepreneurship.
Neha holds a master’s degree in Fashion Entrepreneurship and Innovation from UAL and is also an accredited professional coach from the UK Team Akatemia. Beyond her role as a Teaching Fellow, she offers freelance mentorship and coaching services, specialising in leadership development, enterprise, and team building.
