Biography
Jodie Silsby is a Graphic Design Teaching Fellow who teaches on the BA Graphics Art programme at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton.
Alongside teaching she is Creative Director to Winchester School of Art’s in-house design studio, Studio 3015. A professional design practice, employing graduates to assist in the development of design outputs for the school, other faculties and external clients such as Tate Exchange and John Hansard Gallery. Before joining WSA, Jodie worked as a designer for internationally respected design agency Ilovedust and has worked for high profile clients, such as Nike, Bacardi, Virgin, Guardian, Jamie Oliver and Karl Lagerfeld.
Through the synergy of teaching and practice, Jodie has developed pedagogical interests that question the future of educational learning spaces through collaborative, multi-disciplinary and multi-platform practice.
