• Critically discuss the nature of contemporary challenges and conflicts facing a children’s nurse.
• To identify and critically evaluate the skills values and attitudes required to effectively deliver palliative and end of life care.
• Critically discuss the skills required to effectively to manage care for children and their carers as they move between healthcare settings and services.
• Critically discuss evidence for nursing practices in children’s palliative and end of life care.
