Module overview
This module is a unique module within the Southampton MBA, designed to enable our MBA executives to drive forwards and learn and embed key skills required to become future business leaders. The module has several workshops in which industry leading practitioners come into our MBA suite to teach and exchange experience and knowledge.

Learning and Teaching
Teaching and learning methods
The module will be taught through a series of workshops, simulations, and off-site experiential learning activities. Teaching methods will place emphasis on drawing on and utilising your experiences, and will also include group work, guided reflection, individual study of course materials, and discussion of theories, ideas and concepts.
