Having successfully completed this module you will be able to:
- Develop a practical understanding of the role of the mentor and the complexities of the mentor-mentee relationship in an institutional context
- Have a critical understanding of different professional and theoretical perspectives on professional development, mentoring and coaching;
- Understand how different perspectives and theories on a selected topic of professional development relate to an educational context
- Have a deep understanding of the principles and practices of mentoring and coaching
