Project overview
Funded by the ESRC Impact Acceleration Account, this project explores the potential lasting impact of COVID-19 on legal and ethical challenges faced by medical professionals and patients in healthcare settings. It brings together key stakeholders and policy makers to exchange views about the challenges caused by the recent pandemic. It strengthens and expands networks between the Southampton Law School and relevant stakeholders and policy makers, and fosters debate about how difficult medical decisions should be approached during a global health emergency.
