Project overview
This project built upon the current momentum to engage with the founding partners and potential new partners, establish a rigorous horizon scope of their decarbonisation status, plans, existing projects, levels of commitments and challenges faced in the more towards net zero. The output of the study will forge a regional governance of varying levels and commitments for the Solent Cluster which will act as the springboard for further public funding opportunities.
