Project overview

The ESRC Festival of Social Sciences event titled 'Numbers in Everyday Life' is based on research funded by The Leverhulme Trust. The aim is to disseminate findings and discuss educational implications for young children's understanding of the social and cultural uses of written numbers. The event will aim to attract an audience of: Families with young children, Early Years practitioners, Primary School teachers, Education policy makers.
