Biography
Yasmin Ogilvie is a London based saxophonist and founding member of ‘Apex Horns’ who tours globally for a wide range of artists, bands and events.
Her keen interest in collaboration has led her to play within a diverse range of genres from Pop and Dance to Avant-garde and Classical.
Yasmin’s career so far has seen her performing and recording with artists including George Ezra, Dave Stewart, Gary Barlow, Arlo Parks, Soul II Soul, McFly, Hot8 Brass Band, Brian May, Jessie Ware, Jamie Cullum, James Bay, Mica Paris, Guy Chambers, Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes, Foxes, Joy Crookes, Soumik Datta, Oh Wonder, Kelli – Leigh, Judi Jackson, Ministry of Sound, HedKandi and The Outlook Orchestra.
Yasmin has years of experience teaching in a range of places as well as having held the position of Senior Music Leader at Wandsworth Music.
