About

I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Economics at the School of Economic, Social and Political Science of the University of Southampton, Department of Economics. I am also affiliated to UCL Social Research Institute.

Before joining the University of Southampton in January 2020, I was a British Academy Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Economics and Related Studies at the University of York (2017-2019) and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Economic and Social Research Institute in Ireland (2016).

My primary research fields are Health Economics, Family Economics and Applied MicroEconometrics.

My papers have been published in leading scientific journals, such as the Journal of Health Economics and the European Economic Review.

You can update this in Pure (opens in a new tab). Select ‘Edit profile’. Under the heading and then ‘Curriculum and research description’, select ‘Add profile information’. In the dropdown menu, select - ‘About’.

Write about yourself in the third person. Aim for 100 to 150 words covering the main points about who you are and what you currently do. Clear, simple language is best. You can include specialist or technical terms.

You’ll be able to add details about your research, publications, career and academic history to other sections of your staff profile.
