About
Peng Wang is a Lecturer in Financial Management. His main research area is in corporate finance and corporate governance, he is also interested in ESG (environment, social, and governance). He has extensive teaching experiences in management accounting and corporate governance. He has published more than 10 papers in internationally well-known peer reviewed journals. To date, he has attracted research funding amounted to 60,000 GBP.

Teaching
Peng Wang has extensive teaching experiences in management accounting, corporate governance. He has more than 15 years experiences in Stata and has provided training sessions for students.
Biography
Dr Wang joined Southampton Business School in December 2014 as a Lecturer in Financial Management. Prior to the appointment, he was a post-doctoral researcher at Hanken School of Economics in Finland.
Peng completed his PhD in Finance from Hanken School of Economics, he also holds a MSc in Computational Finance from the same university and a Bachelor of Economics from Harbin Institute of Technology in Harbin, China.
