About this course
This course examines the overarching issues relating to outcome measurement in rehabilitation. You will explore how you can make these measurements meaningful for patients.
You will look at the difference between ‘outcome domains’ and ‘outcome measures’. This will help you to apply your learning to your own practice.

This course is for any healthcare professional working in rehabilitation including:

- physiotherapists

Learning
The learning outcomes for this course are to:
- understand the main issues around outcome measurement
- explore the use of outcome measurements from all perspectives, specifically making outcome measurement meaningful for patients
- understand what quality factors relate to outcome measures
- a clear understanding of what makes a good outcome measure
- review the use of outcome measurement in your own practice to help you plan for the future
At the end of this course, you'll receive a certificate stating the number of learning hours you have carried out.
