If you believe you must disclose Synaptics' confidential information in order to comply with a valid court order or subpoena, you must promptly notify Synaptics and cooperate with Synaptics if Synaptics chooses to contest the disclosure requirement, seek confidential treatment of the information to be disclosed, or limit the nature or scope of the information to be disclosed.
