It is a pleasure to say hello and let you know about a project that my
colleague Jose Antonio Torres-Reyes and myself, both Assistant Professors
Full Time and founders and coordinators of the first Research Center of
Documental Information (CINFODOC, see:

and Letters of the Nuevo Leon Autonomous University (UANL), in the city of
Monterrey, Nuevo Leon state, Mexico:

This project is taken from an electronic communication that the authors
held with Mr. José Antonio González Treviño, CHANCELLOR of the Nuevo Leon
Autonomous Univeristy (UANL, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León), Mexico,
to whom this project was presented on 8th May 2008. The project has the
aim to become the First Institutional Repository in Open Access to all
Scientific and Professional Research at Nuevo Leon Autonomous University,
Mexico (RIAAI-UANL) in all the university disciplines included
Librarianship, Library Science, Information Science and other Documental
Information Sciences.
