Oh for persistent, addressable identifiers!
The DOI cited above gives me "Error - DOI Naming Authority
[174148507X183551] Not Found". The tinyurl below results in "Session Timed
Out. Sorry. The page you requested could not be displayed.". And I am not
even going to attempt to fix the line-breaks and remove session data from
the Ingenta url noted below.
[Note 1: Actually, simply searching Google for the title gets me the right
(working) URL as the first result
