Forthcoming OA developments in France

In a previous message to this list, on 17th December 2006, I have
announced a French study on self-archiving practice, commissionned by
INRA's Scientific Information Directorate  : "Open Archives: Towards A
Deposit  Mandate?" , by Dominique L'hostis & Pascal Aventurier,

This study is a synthesis of the information on existing implementations,
