It's even easier!
After finding the article on Google Scholar,
click below where it says "Web Search"
This automatically searches for the article in ordinary Google,
and it does find repository copies, including the one mentioned.
It's better to use Google Scholar first, because the web search it
constructs is often a more efficient one than one can do by oneself.
Google Scholar ha changed the way it works several times, all without
prior notice or even later announcement. Most librarians keep
up with the changes.
