Good idea. But the list of publishers links to each publisher's list of
journals. 107 scrollable publishers is reasonable; c. 9000 scrollable
journals isn't. And there is a link to a searchable journalname box.

Agreed. That's why we created that eprints/romeo version of the sherpa/romeo list,
which had only covered publisher-names, not journal-names.

Correct. But for the purposes of the romeo list (which lists publishers'
self-archiving policy), gold = green

In principle, yes, but so far all 107 publishers indexed have a uniform policy
for all their titles. If there are exceptions, they are listed.

Because for the purposes of a list of journals' self-archiving policies,
