Yes, I'm one such author. And the system is as slow as molasses too.
If I am disappointed, which I definitely am, it isn't because my papers
get rejected, because they don't!
If you want more evidence than my mere opinion that it's time for reform,
I can give you two words: Alan Sokal. Indeed, Alan Sokal is already
a step towards reform. The world needs more Alan Sokals.
