Research project

Evaluating the efficacy of Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 2 (EZH2) inhibitors in combination with anti- GD2/isotretinoin for the treatment of high-risk neuroblastoma: a pre-clinical study

Project overview

The overall purpose of my research work is to investigate a novel combination of agents to improve the outcome of children with high-risk neuroblastoma. Specifically, we will utilise established pre-clinical models to investigate whether the efficacy of anti-GD2 and isotretinoin in neuroblastoma can be enhanced by the addition of EZH2 inhibitors, obtaining data to support the translation into clinical trials.
