About this course

Our master degree in Finance will hone your insights into the future of finance. It will help you develop and use real industry skills that employers demand in rapidly changing and complex financial environments. The programme emphasises quantitative and analytical techniques. It also focuses on the latest practices and research, which you’ll learn with essential theory.

Eligibility criteria

Upper second-class degree or international equivalent in a subject that includes quantitative study approved by the University.

We also accept IELTS as an alternative way to meet English language requirements, with scores of 6.5 overall (6.5 in reading and writing, 6.0 in speaking and listening).

Fee structure

You can pay your tuition fee in up to 4 instalments.

The fees for a year's study, starting in August 2025, are:

  • 1,980,000 INR for India students
  • 2,200,000 INR for Overseas students

Your first payment will be a deposit of 10% of the programme fee. You must pay your deposit within 30 days of receiving a conditional offer to confirm your offer.

For students starting in August 2025, the deposit is:

  • 198,000 INR for India students
  • 220,000 INR for Overseas students

You'll then pay the balance of your yearly tuition fee as you study, in up to 3 instalments.

If you're an India student, you'll have to make 3 separate payments of:

  • 475,200 INR by Monday 8 September 2025
  • 653,400 INR by Monday 26 January 2026
  • 653,400 INR by Monday 20 April 2026

If you're an Overseas student, you'll have to make 3 separate payments of:

  • 528,000 INR by Monday 8 September 2025
  • 726,000 INR by Monday 26 January 2026
  • 726,000 INR by Monday 20 April 2026

We may adjust the fees in the future to account for inflation and changes in other costs. Exact payment dates for future years will vary according to the academic calendar.

Application deadlines

There are three application rounds. Submit your application by these dates:

  • Round 1: Friday 29 November 2024
  • Round 2: Friday 20 January 2025
  • Round 3: Friday 28 April 2025

We'll review your application and contact you with a decision by:

  • Friday 10 January 2025, for Round 1
  • Friday 31 March 2025, for Round 2
  • Friday 13 June 2025, for Round 3

We may close applications early if the programme reaches capacity.

Application assessment fee

When you apply, you’ll have to pay an application assessment fee of 5,500 INR.

You will not have to pay this fee if you apply by Friday 29 November 2024.
